KERDYK REAL ESTATE WILL MANAGE SANTONA CORNER OFFICE CONDOMINIUM

MANAGEMENT ASSIGNMENT:   Santona Corner Office Condominium, 1430 South Dixie Highway in Coral Gables has signed a Management Contract with Kerdyk Real Estate Management to manage their 55,000 square foot office condominium.

SANTONA CORNER OFFICE CONDOMINIUM:  Developed by Taha Properties, Santona Corner is the stylish Mateau-designed building that now graces the corner, one block south of Alhambra on US 1.  The mixed use property has nearly 30,000 feet of ground floor retail and in keeping with the neighborhood has plenty of parking.  Above and dominating the impressive corner façade, is the office condominium portion of the building. Currently, the property is in the final stages of obtaining all the approvals from local building officials and is expected to receive the all – important TCO by the end of July.

“Most of the buyers will make Santona Corner their primary office address, so the group of owners will have a shared interest in keeping this a first class building,” said Danny Taha, Developer and President of the Condominium Association.  “We selected Kerdyk Management because they demonstrate a hands-on approach which will be very important for commercial condominium properties.  The operations are handled as a condominium but the occupancy is office-based.  It requires a unique mix of skills to accomplish both.”
